Return and Exchange Policy
At S² SonaStylez, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If something doesn’t work out, we offer an easy return-for-credit-note option as per the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
To request a return, please ensure that:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Credit Note (No Refund Policy)
Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a Credit Note of the product amount will be issued.
Validity: 6 months
Credit Notes are non-transferable and non-refundable
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or altered products (strictly non-returnable)
4. Return Shipping
Customer-Side Shipping
Customers must courier the product back to us on their own.
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
If the Customer Cannot Courier
We can arrange a pickup on request.
Pickup charges will be paid by the customer.
Charges may vary by location.
5. Approval Conditions
A return may not be accepted if:
The product is used, damaged, or missing tags
The item does not meet the return policy criteria
6. Wrong / Defective Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged product:
Share a full unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery
After verification, we will provide the appropriate solution
