  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high order volume or stock delays, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you if this happens.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (if applicable).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional periods.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll share a tracking number and courier details via email or SMS.
You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment until it reaches you.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or courier delays may affect delivery times.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days, please contact us at support@sonastylez.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.


6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
